Wesse was a lovely and happy toddler, loved it when we read him books. Although we couldn’t make mistakes because he remembered every word and panicked when we would forget a word, sentence or page. He also knew the alfabet shortly after his second birthday and would read every letter he saw, on cars, on buildings.
When his brother was 2 I thought there was something wrong, because he couldn’t recognise the letters, but it turned out Wesse was special with knowing it. But there were more things special. Like not speaking words (to communicate), but singing a lot of songs with 18 months and having difficulty tasting new food.
